Ginger & Lavender

Fill the infuser with lavender [Floral tube] and ginger [Spicy tube])

Lavender gives the gin an agreeable floral flavour. Together with the spicy ginger it gives a remarkable fresh gin & tonic.
Fill the infuser with some dried lavender and ginger. Pour 5cl Aduro Gin into a highball glass and infuse for two minutes with the ginfuser. Now add the tonic.
Add five ice cubes to the glass and cut a zest of lime above it. Rub the zest over the edge of the glass so the aromas disperse well.
Garnish with a zest of lime and lemon and serve with a lavender infuser.
