Raspberry-Thyme
Take a highball glass and chill it with five ice cubes.
Crush the raspberries in a shaker. Add the gin and add the thyme filled infuser. Add the tonic and stir well with the infuser.
Remove the excess ice water from the glass and pour the infusion through a filter over the ice into the glass. Top off with the Indi Tonic. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and three fresh raspberries.
